Overview
From the unit populating this entry...
- The P/N on the hub's label is 1934800. It is a revision D unit.
- "adaptec", "AUH-4000/7000", and "ASSEMBLED IN SINGAPORE" is silkscreened on top of the board.
- This board (or a similar one) is clearly used (or was slated to be used) for both the AUH-4000 and the AUH-7000. There are spots for all the components that would be used in the AUH-7000.
- "CFC FREE", "FAB 1922207-00 REV B", and "GX B-V0A PCB TAIWAN" is on the back of the board. A label with "BC0D23320NG" (the S/N) is also affixed to the back.
The copyright year on the box (and everything inside the box) is 2001.
There would appear to be an additional model using this same hub.. the XHub4+. The only major differences seem to be that a stand and picture frame insert is included (likely the same as the AUH-7000 / XHub7+), though - who knows - maybe the board is also shielded on that model as well (as it is on the XHub7+).
The power adapter included with the unit is a Deer Computer AD1205C V2.1 (100-240VAC ~ 0.5A -> 4.0-5.5VDC 2.5A / 12.5W max).
