Overview
Device uses a Intel StrongARM SA-110 (part number 21281EB), Intel 21285AB, TI PCI bus PCI1225PDV for the PC Card controller, and National Semiconductor DP83815CVNG for the ethernet controller.
The AP-2000 (with Lucent/Agere/Proxim's firmware) can function as a 802.11b access point using: an ORiNOCO PC Card or ORiNOCO PC Card (Ruby), an 802.11bg access point using a Proxim 8800-FC, and an 802.11a access point using an Agere PC50E-8-FC/A.
Some AP2ks have native POE capability - this is one (all?) of them.
