Overview
- Product Summary: The NVG5X8AX module is a cost effective PCIe 2.4/5GHz 802.11ax
- WiFi module designed to be incorporated in to ARRIS NVG5x8 product line on behalf of
- or by ARRIS, and is not for sale or dis tributionas a standalone module.
- This module incorporates two Broadcom BCM43684 SoC 4x4 designs which is capable of
- supporting 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax modes. The modules utilises Skyworks SKY85331-11 &
- SKY85743-21 Low Noise Amplifiers and is designed for use in USA and Canada.
- Variants
- NVG578: XG-PON Asymmetrical 10/2.5 – Tri-band or Dual-band Wi-Fi
- NVG578S: XGS-PON Symmetrical 10/10 – Tri-band or Dual-band Wi-Fi
- NVG578L(LX): 2.5GPON – Tri-band or Dual-band Wi-Fi
- Product literature makes it sound like this device is optionally dual-band or
- tri-band for all three variants. 802.11ax support may be optional as well.
- Link speed: 2.5G/10G (2488/9953 Mbps)
