This post states that a device with this FCC ID used an AMD AM29LV320DB-90EI (4MB) Flash chip and 2x ISSI IS42S16400A-7T (16MB total) RAM chips.
The voltage used was noted as 7.5V (the FCC filings indicate 9V).
