Overview
"WM-8192EE 10G0N1200-0A DATE:" is silkscreened on the board in FCC photos.
This device appears to be configured as 1x1:1 despite support for two-stream operation in the chipset and the presence of two U.FL antenna connectors. The card itself probably does support two-stream but only one antenna is connected by Control4.
