Overview
"WUSB G V01" and the Envara logo is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The FCC photos show the device with a Linksys WUSB54G-like casing, however, no marketed Linksys devices have used an Envara chipset.
The internal photows also show the device with an EN303 RF chip.. which is the dual-band RF chip (EN313 is 2.4GHz only).
