Overview
"Fiwin" and "WM680-110" (??) is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The FCC manual indicates the device is using the Frisbee chipset (ISL3880 + ISLxxxx).
The device is assumed to have a 00:0C:20 OUI. It's on a MAC label affixed to the FCC EUT (00:0C:20:00:7B:5F, BTW) and it is also in the FCC manual..
