Overview
- This device is the 5GHz wireless module used in Nintendo Wii U gamepads. It is visible in iFixit's teardown.
The Wii U gamepads use Miracast to display video generated on the Wii U console.. which is streamed over the Wi-Fi Direct connection established by this module.
This device uses a SiGe 5008L / Skyworks SE5008L (5GHz WLAN Switch/LNA Front End Module).
