mediatek: filogic: add support for Keenetic KN-3411 (Buddy 6)
Keenetic Buddy 6 (KN-3411) is a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 mesh extender based on
the MediaTek MT7981B (Filogic 820).

Specifications:
- SoC: MediaTek MT7981B
- RAM: 256 MiB
- Flash: 128 MiB SPI-NAND (Winbond W25N01GV or HeYangTek
  HYF1GQ4UDACAE, varies by unit)
- WiFi: MT7981 2x2, 2.4 GHz + 5 GHz (Wi-Fi 6)
- Ethernet: 1x 1GbE (MT7981 internal GbE PHY)
- LEDs: status (green), WLAN 2.4 GHz (red), WLAN 5 GHz (blue)
- Button: reset
- UART: 115200 8n1 on the on-board header

MAC addresses:
- eth0 (the single 1GbE port): rf-eeprom factory partition at offset 0x4
(DTS nvmem cell macaddr_factory_4); Keenetic OUI 50:ff:20:xx:xx:xx.

Installation: flash the factory image via the Keenetic recovery / U-Boot
"Upgrade firmware" (zyimage, device id 0x803411). The layout follows the
existing Keenetic MT7981 family: dual firmware slots concatenated into a
single UBI volume.

The board LED/button GPIO map is not published anywhere. The stock
device tree carries no LED or key nodes, and the map is compiled into
the vendor 'phr' kernel module, shipped as a prebuilt per-model blob;
it only reads an optional /phr-pins/<model> node when one is present,
and the device has no such node. The values here were confirmed on
hardware.

Based on the reverse-engineering in #15551 by Maxim Anisimov, rewritten
against current master. The tested unit ships a Winbond W25N01GV
(already supported in-tree); the NAND chip varies by unit without a PCB
revision marker, so the HeYangTek HYF1GQ4UDACAE driver from that PR is
left to a separate change.
