"Cheeper-ST", "AL1-003464-001", "48RNRK01.0GA", and "2012/07/04" appears to be silkscreened on the board.
Eileka notes the device as using RTL8196E (P/N clearly visible) and RTL8192CE (P/N not visible)

This device seems to be near identical to the WR8166N..
