The single chip used is identifiable as a Realtek chip from the FCC photos. Per rtl8192cu source, this is a RTL8192CU device.
"AAF10A-0.65" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos. This is the same text as is on the On Networks (Netgear) N300MA.
