"48DNXA07.0GB", "(XB114_030)", and "2011/04/13" is silkscreened

on the wireless modules in the FCC photos. (OEM: Wistron NeWeb)

This device is the dual channel, dual band version of the WNDAP620.

Two (dual-band) DNXA-G1's would appear to be used.

Per /proc/pci/devices output from a device, each uses

a 168c:0030 PCI ID (default for Atheros AR938x).
