"LOO0028 REV:1.3" and a date code of 1005 (Feb. 2010) is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
"LOO0028 REV:2.0" and a date code of 1043 (Oct. 2010) is silkscreened on the board pictured in the images below.

The FCC schematics note the PAs as Microchip SST12CP11s. .. that is presumed to be correct.
