"POWERED BY RUCKUS WIRELESS" and "FAB 100-11118-001 REV 7" is on the back of the board.F

The included power adapter appears to be a Ruckus Wireless P/N: 740-00005-001, DSA-12R-12 AUS 120120 (12V, 1A).

The FCC manual specifies the default SSID as V54-XXXXXX where XXXXXX is the last 6 characters of the MAC address.

The default credentials are also specified as super:sp-admin.
