This would appear likely to be the wireless module for one of Ruckus's devices.. It is shown as using a standard Female Mini-B connector in the FCC photos.
"Corgi" and the Ruckus Wireless logo is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
This device is presumed to use AR5523+AR2112.
