There is no silkscreened text on the board, but there is text ("JPCR-06086A 06092A") and a lead-free logo etched onto the bottom of the board.

The Genesys Logic hub IC package is marked with "GL850A", "MN1CB03G03", and "617B48884".

The power adapter included with the device would appear to be a DVE DSA-15P-05 US 050100 (100-240VAC ~ 50/60Hz, 0.5A -> 5VDC 2A).
