Overview

"DWR_V1.3_2009-07-01" is silkscreened on the daughterboard. "System(BCM5351)V1.2_2009-05-13" is silkscreened on the module. This would seem to imply the device is BCM5351 based.

There is a MAC label on the SoC board with a 00:08:9F OUI (EFM Networks). EFM Networks's brand is ipTIME, which seems to mostly sell Zioncom equipment.
