The product page displays the item as having silkscreened text of EM304 and QMI.. making it likely that at least one revision is a Quanta Microsystems EM304. The EM304 uses RT3070.

This page previously had a link to a Monoprice adapter (6417) which may have previously shared the same images as the Winstars adapter.. but the device no longer seems to. Per this pfsense forums link, that device uses RT3090.
