- Cavium OCTEON Plus SoC
 - STMicroelectronics M29W160ET 16Mbit (2MB) Flash (??, external main storage?)
 - 4x Micron MT47H128M8CF-25E:H (IVH12 D9LHQ)
 - Broadcom GbE PHY (in BGA packaging).
