Overview

"11051028951--2.0", "Rev:1.0sp1" or something similar is silkscreened on the board.

The board layout is somewhat similar to the TP-LINK TD-W8951ND v4/v2.

This (plus the power adapter choice, board design, and choice of Audix as the FCC testing company)

would obviously seem to indicate the device was manufactured by TP-LINK (Proware).

This device almost certainly uses a Ralink RT3390 chip for the wireless interface..
