"7016A068100G V-1.00" is silkscreened on the main board in the FCC photos.

"7016A071200E V1.00" is silkscreened on the 11ac wireless module.

This device would seem to very similar (if not identical to) the ZyXEL NBG6716.

Default settings (as well as the FC:F5:28 OUI) are per the FCC sample label.

The label indicates the default SSID formats are VIDEOTRONXXXX and

VIDEOTRONXXXX-5GHz (presumed upper-case hex digits for XXXX).

Vidéotron, a Canadian ISP, is assumed to be one of the primary users of this device.

However, appearances on eBay would indicate generic versions of were distributed.

Default SSID and the 90:EF:68 OUI used in this entry are per marketplace labels.
