Overview
This card is a Intel PRO/Wireless 5000 LAN 3A Mini PCI Adapter (WM3A5000) on a Mini PCI -> PCI adapter. The same Mini PCI -> PCI adapter appears to be used for the Intel PRO/Wireless 2011B LAN PCI Adapter.
This card has a reverse threaded RP-SMA connector.
The OUI used by this device is presumed to the standard Xircom ID used by other early Intel devices of this era (00:05:3C).
