Overview

This device's model number was initially known as the WRT-988. However, it had to be set apart from the mainstream line of routers from CD-R King thus was placed under the "CC Series" indicating a lineup that's feature-rich in comparison to their other routers. Thus this device is recognized as the WR-NET-005-CC later on.

This device has the exact same chipset and specifications as an Aceex NR22/Y router but with a few noticeable differences.

Shipped with DD-WRT 08-07-10-r14896 using Aceex NR22/Y firmware as stock OS.
