Overview

"600-0040-00", "REV 03", and "RAYTHEON" is silkscreened on the board of the unit populating this entry.

A S/N (well, presumably) sticker of R7A1000135 (w/ what seems to be whatever font Askey uses for their labels) is affixed to both the bottom of the device and the unit's board.
A date code of 9615 (April 1996) is etched onto the bottom of the PCB.

This device is also using...

  • A Xilinx XC73108 EPLD (PLCC)
  • A Cirrus Logic CL-PD6722 (CL-PD6722-QC-B) ISA->PC-Card Host Adapter
  • A Maxim MAX238 (MAX238CWG) RS-232 Driver/Receiver IC

The Am79C965 is part Am79C965AKC.
